SALES ASSOCIATE
Location:
Stirling, Scotland, Some travel may be required.
We require a Sales Associate to work with us based in our
offices in Stirling, Scotland.
The ideal candidate will have a mix of excellent customer
facing skills, some sales experience probably in a service
industry and a keen interest in foreign countries.
The Role:
You will be responsible for developing new and existing business
opportunities across a broad base of customer types.
We require a person who can work both in a team and on their
own. The role will be mainly office based but is not limited
to this.
The Person:
1-2 years previous sales experience, ideally gained in an
estate agency / travel agency or within a busy pro active
sales / telesales environment. A proven track record of success
is essential. Basic computer literacy is required. Clean driving
licence an advantage. A team player, outgoing, enthusiastic,
committed, reliable, good attention to detail, and most importantly
self motivated.
The Rewards:
A good basic salary related to previous experience, plus commission
on sales will provide excellent remuneration. Ongoing training
will also be provided.

LEGAL ASSOCIATE
Location:
Scotland and England, Some travel will be required.
We require a Legal Associate to work with us based in the
UK and covering the British Isles.
The ideal candidate will have some legal training / experience
and some experience with international property purchases.
The Role:
You will be responsible for providing advice on the legal
processes for purchasing property in international locations.
The role will be mainly office based but significant amounts
of travel are envisaged.
The Person:
Knowledge of the legal system in at least one foreign country
is required, as is a good general knowledge of that country.
We require a person who can primarily work on their own. A
proven track record of success is essential. Basic computer
literacy is required. A clean driving licence is an advantage.
We require an enthusiastic, committed, reliable individual,
with good attention to detail, and the ability to inspire
confidence in all types of customer.
The Rewards:
A good basic salary, plus commission on transactions will
provide excellent remuneration for this type of work. Ongoing
training will also be provided.
