Many new properties come with a basic set of Electrical
Appliances and Kitchen and Bathroom fittings. However you
may wish to have some choice in the style and quality of these
fittings and fixtures and most Developers can accommodate
this, having various upgrade options available. There is generally
an incremental charge allowing for the cost of the standard
items.
This is an area which you should seriously consider depending
on your planned use of the property (personal use or letting).
