Viewing Trip
Unless you are purchasing a property solely for investment
purposes, then we recommend once you have narrowed your criteria
to a specific area, or to a small number of properties, that
you make a Viewing Trip to Cyprus to confirm your choice.
The viewing trip would normally involve a few days visit to
Cyprus where you will be accompanied by an English speaking
representative from Zest, who will show you around the chosen
area, and organise for you to see an appropriate selection
of properties. Zest is keen that you make the correct choice
of property purchase, and therefore we allow you time to yourselves
without our viewing representative, giving you the opportunity
to make your own decisions without feeling under pressure.
We adopt the philosophy that if you feel pressurised into
making a decision you will probably regret it afterwards.
At Zest we want you to be completely satisfied with your decision,
which is why we do not put you under any pressure to purchase
a property.
