Deeds
The Contract need to be signed in Cyprus, but this can be
arranged by your lawyer using a Power of Attorney if you do
not wish to make a trip to Cyprus at that time. Final payment
usually has to be made at the same time as the signing. Once
the Contract is signed the title deeds will then be registered
with the Land Registry.
