It should be noted that depending on your personal circumstances
that as a foreigner it is not always possible to obtain a
mortgage in Cyprus. It is possible to obtain mortgages in
the UK for a property which is abroad, and it is also possible
to obtain such a mortgage in a foreign currency, such as euro.
However rate vary considerably, and there are additional considerations
to take account of such as long-term movements in exchange
rates. For these reasons it is always best to seek independent
financial advice.
